These Terms of Service govern your use of funtimes, operated by Marco Ventures LLC. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
The Service
funtimes is a WhatsApp-based service that uses AI to transform photos into creative, stylized images. The service is provided "as is" and is subject to availability.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use funtimes. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use funtimes to send or process content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable law
- Violates the privacy or rights of others
- Contains nudity, hate speech, or violent content
- Infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
Free Tier and Subscriptions
Free accounts receive a limited number of image transformations. Pro subscriptions are billed monthly and provide unlimited transformations. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through Stripe's customer portal.
Refunds
We offer refunds within 7 days of a subscription charge if the service has not been used. Contact us to request a refund.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of photos you submit. You grant funtimes a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the service. We claim no ownership over your original or transformed images.
Disclaimer of Warranties
funtimes is provided without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that transformations will meet your expectations or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of Liability
Marco Ventures LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
